About Jessica Lambert
Jessica Lambert has always been interested in health and wellness, with a passion for improving mobility and strength to prevent injuries and problems. The interest of the way the body works paved her path into Osteopathy. Striving for a healthy lifestyle stemmed her to begin yoga teacher training and followed with Pilates certifications and personal training qualifications. She is an expert in the way the body works and with her passion for exercise, Jessica has helped people start or enhance their wellness journey, though personal training and teaching Pilates and yoga.

Retreat Away is set at the Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel in the beautiful Algarve, Portugal. situated on a secluded hillside with views of the beautiful bay of Alvor, it makes it a great location to explore the surrounding area. With some of Europe’s finest beaches, wonderful seafood, world-class golf courses, walking and biking trails and local markets, all easily accessible to explore.
All classes available in the retreat are run as a group. As well as the group classes with the hosts, there is a variety of group fitness workouts, nature walks, workshops and SUP excursions included.

This was my first experience with Retreat Away and my first yoga retreat meeting a group of mainly new people. Despite my trepidation it was a fantastic experience with first class yoga tuition. The programme for the week was varied with opportunities to try new activities such as SUP and guided walks and time to chill if I chose to do so. I enjoyed the smaller hotel vibe and the responsive management team. Overall I would highly recommend.
